Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Znya Organics.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Znya Organics, accessible from https://www.znyaorganics.com/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

 

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returning Product

We want you to be happy with the products that you purchase from us, so in addition to your legal rights giving you 7 calendar days after you received to return products to us, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we’ll gladly exchange it or refund you.

You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as we can and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which the goods have been returned.

If the products were delivered to you, you must return them to us as soon as it’s reasonably possible for you to do so with in the rules as follow.

  1. Please ensure the product hasn’t been opened or used
  2. Please ensure where possible that before you take them back to us, your purchase is repackaged in a suitable way, ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in.
  3. The product or package damaged due to the transportation or not missing some product in the order
  4. Exclude in store purchasing

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  4. The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Step to submit the Return request and Refund

  1. Email your return request to [email protected] within 7 calendar days after you received to return products, emphasis the Order Number within an email
  2. We will verify and contact back to you within 1 – 3 calendar days for the result of acceptance or further information request
  3. Once you get the confirm from us, please re-packaging the product and send back to us. Note, the transfer fee of charge are owned by the customer
  4. In case, the substitute product request, we’ll deliver the new package via EMS to you within 1-3 calendar days after the original package received by us.
  5. In case the refund request, Refunds take 1-3 working days to be credited to your account
  6. Refund will be issued in the same manner the purchased was made.
